Military Relocation & Real Estate

Leslie brings a unique perspective to real estate through her distinguished military career. She was commissioned as a U.S. Army officer in 2005 and has served in leadership positions, completed multiple overseas tours and earned the Bronze Star Medal. Today, as a Lieutenant Colonel, she continues her commitment to serving military personnel and their families by helping them navigate real estate purchases and relocations throughout the DMV.

Her firsthand understanding of military life gives Leslie particular insight into the challenges that come with relocation, changing duty stations, tight timelines and finding the right home and community for a family. She understands that a military move is more than a change of address—it is a major life transition. Education, Leadership & Community

Leslie’s leadership experience began long before her real estate career. She attended St. John’s College High School, where she became the first female Latina Colonel in the school’s JROTC program, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from La Salle University.

Her background in communications and marketing, combined with her military leadership experience, allows Leslie to bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking and a disciplined approach to her real estate clients.

Outside of real estate and military service, Leslie is a devoted mother to her two daughters, Itzelita and Itzayana. She enjoys teaching and coaching her daughters in softball and is passionate about supporting women’s sports, especially the Washington Spirit. An animal lover, Leslie’s family also includes a rescue dog, rescue birds and a pet lizard.

Leslie and her family live in Silver Spring, Maryland, where she enjoys being part of the community she serves.
