Mynor Herrera is a highly experienced real estate agent, investor, and the founder of Mynor & Associates, a top-performing real estate team serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. Licensed since 2005, Mynor has more than 20 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate the DMV real estate market.

Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Mynor specializes in residential real estate throughout Montgomery County and the greater Washington, DC area, including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Silver Spring, Kensington, Rockville, North Bethesda, Takoma Park, and surrounding Maryland communities. His team also serves clients throughout Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

Mynor has built his career around helping clients make smart, informed real estate decisions. His experience includes buying and selling homes, luxury and higher-value properties, first-time home purchases, investment properties, rental properties, and land. As an experienced real estate investor himself, Mynor brings a practical understanding of both the residential market and real estate as an investment.

Mynor began his real estate journey in 1999 when he purchased a condominium in downtown Bethesda at age 24. Before turning 30, he had purchased two rental homes in Ocean City, Maryland. In 2005, he graduated #1 in his class at the Weichert Real Estate Academy and quickly established himself as a leading Bethesda-area real estate agent. Within six weeks of becoming an agent, he sold his first home, and by his second year he was the #1 agent in his Bethesda office.

Today, Mynor is a founding partner of Keller Williams Capital Properties’ Bethesda-Chevy Chase office and leads Mynor & Associates. The team is recognized among the top 1% of Realtors nationwide and has served more than 1,000 clients.

Mynor's professional recognition includes NAHREP's Top 250, recognizing leading Latino real estate professionals nationwide; Washingtonian Magazine's Top Real Estate Team; Bethesda Magazine's Top Real Estate Team; and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. He has also served in leadership roles with the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and other community and business organizations.

In addition to real estate, Mynor is deeply involved in the Washington, DC-area community. He founded and coaches the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Youth Wrestling Club, which has more than 100 young athletes, and has served in leadership roles with organizations focused on housing, business, athletics, and community development.

Mynor is a native Washingtonian. He graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School and American University and was a National Prep wrestling champion and Olympic Torchbearer. He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, with his wife and two sons.
