May 28, 2015 -Let’s see… Full price, cash, five days: You expect me to complain? Actually, Mynor’s team members were very helpful. Of particular value were the services of Ina, who did a great job of “staging” and was terrific keeping in touch, Jim, who was almost always available to help out and provide sage advice and Mynor himself, whose patience with this fussy seller was above and beyond the call. It could not have been easy for any members of Team Herrera to tolerate a 29-year-long homeowner’s emotions. But my hat is off to them all.
