“When I first contacted Mynor I was impressed that he met with me the very next day and came extremely prepared. I met with him in Feb. 2011, and he went over the previous year’s sales history for the Whitehall condominium, where I had a unit for sale. Mynor used to live at the Whitehall so he knows the property well. He was honest and told me that the market was poor, and that in the past year many sellers had taken their property off the market because they could not get the sales price they wanted. He also said to get the place to move, I’d need to renovate the 30 year kitchen, because it would make it more difficult to sell. He spent a good deal of time talking to me and we also looked at two other properties that were for sale in the building. He is very personable and kind as he was helping me sell the condo right after my mom passed away.
He recommended an excellent contractor for my kitchen and bathroom renovation. Everyone loved the kitchen, and I received 4 offers on the property in a poor market. Although not familiar with the company, Mynor located a home staging company at my request which did a good job of providing some minimal staging. I found Mynor to be extremely intelligent, honest, easy to get along with and having a good sense of
humor. Although he has a proven record of success, I never found him to be pushy or aggressive. He always got back to me if I contacted him and he checked in periodically to keep me abreast of how everything was going. He followed my advice even when I initially priced the property higher than existing sales. “
