May 22, 2014 -My husband and I have been in the process of relocating fully to the Washington DC area for 1.5 years. We looked high and low price-wise, across a range of neighborhoods in Washington DC as well as MD/VA. We finally decided on an inexpensive fixer-upper in Mount Rainier. Though the commission would not be substantial by any means, Mynor and his team did not let up a single ounce of effort. They maintained their supreme professionalism with outstanding communication. The sellers and the sellers agent were a bit challenging to deal with, but Mynor and his team advocated for us to the end. This likely will not be the last house we buy in the area and we absolutely will work with the entire team again. Highly recommended! |
